Check List for The First Visit

  • Complete all of paperwork
  • Please allow one and half hours for your first visit and one hour for subsequent visits
  • Parking is available in our building for $1 the first hour and $1 for each additional hour. There is also plenty of two-hour-free-parking around our office
  • Payments are collected in the forms of Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check
  • Most insurance plans accepted
